No Google Play Services
President Trump was banned on 15 May 2019 during an executive that Huawei considered a national security risk. Huawei can't use Google services in the Mate 40 5G Series, due to Huawei's continued restrictions imposed by the US government.
Because now you can no longer use Google services in the Huawei Mate 40 Pro Plus, Google Maps, Gmail, and Google Chrome can't access all these services. And in addition to this, Google Play Store will not be seen, but Huawei has given its own App Store.
It is worth noting that apps like YouTube and Gmail will be able to access through web browsers and while apps like Facebook and WhatsApp can be downloaded as APK files.
